Taylor is an analyst in engineering (Professional Level 5) . As part of his professional growth at CSL, Taylor aims to make a vertical move to become a senior manager (Management Level 7) in supply chain.

Taylor has been excelling in his role as an analyst in engineering and is looking for a new challenge in supply chain management. He’s interested in making a vertical move to a senior manager position within that job family, as he’s hoping to take on greater responsibilities.
