  • Review her responses to the Development Planning Discussion Guide with her people leader.
  • Get feedback on key strengths, development areas, and top areas to focus on. Michelle should use this feedback to determine what development actions to focus on and what experience, education, and exposure should be included. She should focus on one or two key development actions (depending on complexity) every 12 months.
