Taylor’s Vertical Move
Taylor positioned himself for success in making a vertical move:

When alerted to a team leader supply chain job opening (Manager Level 6) that matched his job interests in Workday and qualifications, he interviewed, and ultimately was selected for the new position.

How It’s Going Now
As a Level 6 manager, Taylor is able to use his technical expertise and leadership skills to train and manage a team of employees as well as optimize supply chain logistics to ensure efficient processes, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization. He looks forward to continued growth to senior manager roles within the supply chain department.
