Going forward, Taylor needs to have quarterly conversations with his people leader regarding his development actions and update progress regularly in Workday.

  • Maintain and update his development actions in Workday.

While this is the final and fourth state of development planning, progress updates should be made quarterly in Workday and enrichment training should be ongoing, whether a new hire, someone staying in a current role, or someone moving to a new position.
